BRI IS A Healer AND Guide
AT THE INTERSECTION OF Wellness, Equity, AND INTEGRATIVE Leadership.

ABOUT
Bri is a multidisciplinary expert and a Healer-Guide who synergistically weaves together understanding of the elements which make or break our wellbeing, in order to provide practical systemic, inter- and intra-personal insights for organizations, directly coach individuals and groups, and facilitating curated learning and connection spaces to process and actualize these ideas.

With a background as a dual-certified integrative health and wellness coach, a registered yoga teacher, advocate, and connector of people, resources, and ideas, Bri centers culturally sustaining practices, trauma-informed frameworks, mindfulness and a “whole-life” lens when walking alongside high-impact leaders. She takes the “integrative” element—taking into account physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relational personal present and ancestral past—in order to identify and synthesize “right sized” supports for her clients as they walk in deeper alignment with the most whole, vibrant, potent version of themselves towards their personal and professional goals. With high-impact, high-performing leaders and change-makers, she brings in her systemic insight and bigger picture thinking to help bring back into balance personal life and professional callings, equipping clients with the tools and support to bring forth sustainable alignment and fulfillment.

With intuitive leadership, Bri is able to identify paths forward by seeing what is not present, and illuminates the ways forward with her clients’ co-creative, autonomous contribution towards more liberated fullness. From her work across sectors with leaders from grassroots organizers and educators, to institutional leaders and caregivers, from emergent professionals, to formerly incarcerated change-makers, and elected officials, she knows deeply the ways in which systems intersect to create or destroy realities for groups. Bri meets these realities with care-filled attention to detail to have more whole relationships, fulfilling personal experiences and centering perspectives by those who have been historically over-looked in this nation, and who are in fact the global majority.

From Afro-Latina and Indigenous cultural roots, Bri holds important her spirituality, quality time with loved ones, connecting with the earth, community-tending, yoga and strength training, expressing creativity in writing, cultivating plants, walks with her big pup, and enjoying morning cafecitos.
